I've tried installing Sonoma, Ventura, Monterey and Big Sur onto my 27" iMac 2011, each fails at a different stage of install, with different errors each time.
I did manage to install Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina using DosDude's patcher, which ran extremely slowly and is no good to me anyway as the main thing I want is a working Homebrew.
My iMac is only 4GB. I was intending to upgrade IF the installation works, but could this be stopping the install from completing Success fully?
