Desktop and Docs won't sync OCLP, Sonoma 14.1

Just out of the blue, my docs and desktop stopped syncing. Talked with apple support and they couldn't figure it out. Having a "server error".

Steps tried:

  1. Reset the time / date
  2. signed out of Apple ID
  3. Signed back in
    1. Hasn't allowed me to 'turn on' docs and desktop syncing.
  4. I AM signed in with my apple ID.

Anyone else experienced this? I think it might have something to do with passwords and keys but am uncertain (Unable to turn on that as well).
