dell optiplex 7010

please help, my dell optiplex 7010 wont boot catalina or ventura and i really need this machine to work as it was my studio computer and now my studio is closed since i decided to hackintosh the machine. my laptop runs catalina just fine but it was installed by a friend who is currently out of reach and i convinced myself that as a former it student i can do it myself but im failing to, i downloaded mac os from the appstore and did the usual usb creation procedure im used to using on genuine macs and then adding open core to the usb stick and got ventura to install but post install its just bringing up verbose text quickly and then rebooting countlessly(left it overnight with no change)it wont bring up the select location etc side of the process. then i tried to clone my catalina drive from my laptop but it still wont boot either, ive gotten some efi's for optiplex on github and nothing positive. what im i doing wrong? dell optiplex 7010, 8gb ram, i5 3rd gen and i think its either intel hd 4000 or 2500 not certain on that and cant check with no running os
