CPU Panic Encoding H265

Having a bit of a nightmare here folks… My rig is absolutely solid, Z490 UD AC with an i9 10900k, iGPU, iMac 20,2 smbios. Have started encoding some blurays using FFWorks with FFMpeg, but i am getting crashes during encoding and at different times on different cores. Could anyone shed some light on this problem?
