can't install mac on probook4540s

I downloaded High Sierra (10.13) using official open-core install guide

and got the EFI file from this repo

HP-PROBOOK-4540S-HACKINTOSH

but I get Stuck on a black screen before Picker

and then searched with my CPU and tried this

Lenovo-v570-macOS

the picker opens fine but I get stuck on the Apple logo

things to note is that the GPU is broken but the igpu is fine
