A possible Mac OS VM purely for better file sharing?

Hi, so quick disclaimer, this really isn't about hackintosh (sort of), but I know that I'll most likely find the answer I need from here because you guys probably have mad experience with this stuff.

So my situation is that my workplace primarily uses iMacs, and macbooks, but I am the sole PC user, simply because I do 3D. The problem now is that file sharing is a phenomenal pain in the butt since airdrop is impossible, and the alternatives are to either copy stuff to the work server, and then inform the person its on the server, mail it to them, or wetransfer it (to somebody who sits right besides me even). This is all very annoying, so I had something along these lines:

- A single slot AMD GPU which I can pass through to a VM running Mac OS

- Maybe another Wifi card which I can pass through to the VM too (unsure if intel works)

For further context, these are my PC specs:

- i9 13900k

- 64GB RAM

- RTX 4070Ti

- Intel AX201/200

If this isn't really a feasible option, please let me know if there is a better solution for all this, perhaps one which doesn't involve the others having to install an app, they are not the most tech savvy, hence why this roundabout process
