I have a 21.5 iMac Late 2013 (iMac14,3) and installed a 3rd party NVMe drive. When I install opencore onto the iMac or run the post root patches it notices the drive is 3rd party and installs what it thinks are the necessary kext files. This is an issue as once these files are added the computer will kernel panic on boot. Does anyone know of a easy way to have opencore stop automatically installing these files? The only way I got it to work is creating an installer on another mac for an iMac 14,3. Now that a new Sonoma update is out though once I install the update I'll need to run post root patches and the kernel panics will start again. Any ideas to avoid this would be a great help and I hope I'm missing something easy?
