xiaomi notebook pro catalina, kernel panic

I have this xiaomi notebook pro with catalina hackintosh since many years in the studio always attached with a power charger and i never had a single problem...now i am traveling and for some reasons i decided to take it with me and using it as a real notebook i'm experiencing all sorts of problems..

first i accidentally put the computer to sleep and then i learnt that is a "no - no"!!!

it doesn't ever wake up!!

meaning that even if you switch it off with a hard reset next time it boots into a black screen... the only way to solve it is to open the PC and disconnect the battery!

now the other day i had a kernel panic while i was browsing with firefox (also the pc was running on battery)

the panic diagnose says that

Kernel Extensions in backtrace:

com.zxystd.AirportItlwm(1.3)[E59AFEBB-B4C3-3AFA-9847-587D24416FB3]@0xffffff7f892c0000->0xffffff7f89464fff

dependency: com.apple.iokit.IO80211Family(1200.12.2b1)[3454B540-61EE-3ECC-8F8E-D894B246CBDE]@0xffffff7f88f1d000

and other things

could it be a problem of the wifi driver? (in the studio i always use it with ethernet so i might never noticed the problem) or something related to the battery and the hard reset of the other day?

something that you suggest me to check

i use the notebook for music performances in front of a public and now i am paranoid that something could happen on stage (although then it will be powered and without wireless)
