 | hey, just wanted to show a picture of my first hackintosh laptop, i think the t420 is a good hackintosh machine for the purposes i use it for. I tried using opencore but messed something up so i switched to clover. I had some trouble with clover at first aswell but then i realized that i had to use a real installmacos app and not a dmg, i used a vm to get it and flash it to a usb and then everything worked. CPU: i5-2520M iGPU: Intel HD 3000 RAM: 8gb DDR3 1333mHz Display: 14inch 1366x768 (i scaled it to 720p in macos) WIFI: builtin doesn't work, im using a TP-Link usb adapter Bluetooth: i think it can work but too lazy to look for kexts Storage: 256gb SSD (came with ssd cuz refurbised) [link] [comments] |
