Stuck when installing MacOS with OpenCore: Couldn't alloc class AppleKeyStore...

Specs:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5 9400F (Codename: Coffee Lake)
  • Ethernet card: Intel® I219 V7 Ethernet Controller (RTX64)
  • Video cards:
    BUS 1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
    BUS 3: Radeon RX 580 Series 8GB

So yes, I am using 2 video cards, I followed the disable GPU guide

What I am trying to do:

I am trying to install latest version of MacOS with OpenCore (I used the

python3 macrecovery.py -b Mac-4B682C642B45593E -m 00000000000000000 download 

command)

What has worked:

The installer booted and I started the install.

Also, OpenCore created a file with this on my USB:
00:000 00:000 OCS: No schema for Quirks at 6 index, context <Add>!

I'm not quite sure which they mean by Quirks at 6 index... This is the beginning of my config file:
