Stuck on USB Boot at [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START]

I have followed the Dortania Guide, checked BIOS settings, mapped USB Ports, created SSDTs using SSDTTime and even tried the various combination described in well-documented issue at Dortanio Troubleshooting including MMIO Whitelisting, however I'm still stuck at this crash.
