Stuck on this error whe trying to install mac os sonoma on intel nuc

Hey everyone

So this is my first time installing Mac os sonoma on my Intel nuc 12. I made my own EFI and did the installer correct from a video I saw but every single time I try to install it and I boot to the USB and select the efi I get this error in the picture. I've spent days trying to figure out how to get sonoma on my nuc but I have no luck. Not sure if this is an error but it seems like it is an error from some of the lines saying "err". Any advice to fix this would be much appreciated.
