I had some time today so thought I would update my Optiplex 5050 i6500 with the RX560 to Sonoma.
I currently have 13.6.3 running fine on the machine, so I updated the SMBios to iMac 19.2, and ran the update. The machine updated fine and started the boot process, but would not get to the login screen. All that was happening it was going through the process with all the text, and would then restart the process. After the 6th time I gave up and just rebooted back to my normal EFI and back...
