OCLP and time machine backups / restoring?

Hi! I'm using OCLP v1.1.1 to install Ventura 13.6 on my Mac Pro 6,1 (late 2013), currently on Big Sur 11.6

Can somebody guide me as to the best way to restore my files from a timemachine backup after installing Ventura through OCLP? I can't see any mention of this on the github guide

For example do I select 'restore from time machine backup' or 'install Ventura' ?

Also is this safe, will my files from timemachine import over ok but keep the OS version as Ventura? Do I have the option to revert back to Big Sur (go back to before OCLP) in case something goes wrong? Asking because its an important production machine.
