macOS on i7 7700 + RX570?

Hi All, am testing macOS Sonoma on i7 7700 + RX 570 + 16gigs DDR4 ram, B250m-d3h mobo + SATA ssd.

Pretty much all stuffs working, with few exceptions, like audio from HDMI I cannot control, also external wifi dongle support issues (Cudy based on realtek 8812bu).

But thats not a problem, i will fix it. Thing is, I find it kinda sluggish, like settings menu is slow, everything loading bit slower.

So should I consider lower macOS for stable fluid performance, or something to do with graphics card settings and stuffs to check and fix performance? I will casually use finalcut pro and some other stuffs, not professionally. Upgrading to newer spec isnt possible for me so any suggestions would be great!
