Issues with opencore and efi folder

So I went through the process of creating a boot usb for my computer, but when I boot to it this is all that appears, when I plug the usb back into my Mac to go edit config.plist the efi partition is gone. Any ideas or advice? I have a Ryzen 7 1700 asrock x370 Falal1ty and rx 6600.
