Internal NVME SSD - Not Detected Mac OS Recovery (Ventura)

Internal NVME SSD - Not Detected Mac OS Recovery (Ventura)

CPU: Intel i7 10510U 15 watts (Comet Lake)

GPU: Intel UHD

RAM: 32gb (2x16 DDR4-3200 Crucial)

Laptop: Dell-Inspiron-5491-2in1Wifi/BT Card: Intel R AC 9560

Touchpad and touch display devices: TouWindowschpad Standard I2C + PS2 Keyboard, I2C Touchscreen? for needed kexts and then based on which pulling the latest versions of each into the kexts folder. Diskutili is also not able to detect any drives. The drive is also fully working in Windows and should work in MacOS as others have done so in the past. Here is my setup if that information is needed as well

Currently Working in Recovery: Intel WIFI, Touchscreen, Trackpad + Keyboard

Issue: When booting into Ventura MacOS recovery the internal SSD (UEFI BC511 NVMe SKhynix 512GB) is not detected to install MacOS to. I am currently using CltnAHCIPort.kext, along with NVMeFix.kext. I have tried using Sata-Unsupported.kext which did not resolve the issue. The BIOS SATA mode is set to AHCI as well. I followed the supported Dortania Guide for all setup along with consulting https://github.com/Speeedo83/Dell-Inspiron-5491-2in1-Hakintosh/ for needed kexts and then based on which pulling the latest versions of each into the kexts folder. Diskutili is also not able to detect any drives. The drive is also fully working in windows and should work in MacOS as others have done so in the past. Here is my setup if that information is needed as well https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1MVeED73f4C84N8z1Euo0Anjv3Rbfd_nE?usp=sharing.
