Help! Speed up Black screen and get rid of HDD boot logo

How do I fix slow boot up on my MBP Early 2011 ?

I went from high serria to Big Sur with OCLP

It sits at a black screen to long then loads up to password login for first issue

Also how do get rid of hard drive pictures before black screen I need it to load to apple logo with bar then to password login
