Failed to boot Ventura

I followed the guide to upgrade from Catalina to Ventura. Created new boot usb stick. Note going from clover to Opencore in this EFI. Can someone help direct me why it failed?

After fail it loads clover on reboot instead of opencore. Shows options of preboot - Catalina - SSD installer. Clicking preboot shows black screen and installer just same loop and catalina brings back old system.
