Currently using rEFInd boot manager - anything I should do or watch for when installing OPLP and upgrading my MacOS?

I'm assuming the installation of OPLP and upgrade of my MacOS will entirely replace my current boot manager (rEFInd), which I'm fine with, but is there anything special I should do or watch out for when following the normal installation/upgrade steps? I don't think it matters, but I'm on an 11,3 MBP and will be upgrading from Catalina 10.15.7 to Sonoma 14.2.1
