Cannot get Ventura to boot, keeps restarting

Hi guys,

I'm struggling to resolve an issue I have on my first hack for Ventura, it wont get to the MacOS screen. I've gone past the first installation screen, then got to the black screen with the Apple logo, it restarted a couple of times as the Dortania guide said it would, but it got to a boot loop that I can't seem to get past here. It then restarts and the same thing happens over and over again.

I'm very much a beginner, I'm doing my very best to follow the guide, I'm decently sure that I've followed the guide precisely however I apologize if there is something obvious that I'm missing.

The last thing in verbose before it shuts down is always this:

I've also provided an image with more lines. Considering that I have an incompatible GPU and the fact that some people that I've found online with similar issues had some form of issue regarding the graphics, I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with that, however I've tried all solutions that I found; -wegnogpu, -igfxvesa, cable plugged into the motherboard, iGPU set as primary in BIOS, I've even tried completely taking out the GPU. The iGPU, Intel UHD 630 is stated to be supported.

This has led me to believe that I've got something wrong with my kexts or my config.plist, but I went over the guide again and I am stumped.
