Cannot get past Clover screen

Hey community, I installed new hardware (minus the SSD) and trying a fresh install of Catalina. I can boot to clover, see the installation disk but when I select it screen goes black. If I enable -verbose I get the text on the second photo. Any help on what I might be doing wrong is appreciated.
