Boot Loader start bootcamp, not MacOS

In my iMac 17.1 , it only lets me boot macOS if I put the USB stick in. I don't understand why, when I try to get the OS to load, instead of getting macOS to load the BootCamp Partition. I've even tried disabling the Partition, recompiling it with OCP but nothing. (I'm using MacOS Sonoma). How Can i Fix?
