Hello everyone,
I was loocking around and I didn't find any very recent posts about this, so this will be proabably helpful for everyone in my same position.
As a complete newbie and not expert in the field (this is my first hackintosh) it probably will look like dummy questions to the most experts, but for people like myself probably not.
So here they goes:
Should I do "usb mapping" before to insert the pcie card, or should I map it with pcie conneted already plugged?
Will the 7 usb pcie card count as extra 7 usb or they should be counted in the 15 ports limits? I read somewhere that the actual limit is 15 ports PER CONTROLLER. Some motherboards have 2 - the built-in Intel one and another controller that isn’t Intel.
in my particular case I'm using this:
Motherboard: ProArt Z790-CREATOR WIFI
Pcie Usb Card: PCI-E to 7 x USB 3.0
Hope, this will help solve mine and many others doubts
I don't know if it is needed to know but just in case the whole configuration is here:

Thanks in advance to everyone!
