Trying to install Ideneb, but i dont have a disk anywhere and my disk slot is a compact-disc

Hello, I am trying to get Ideneb installed but i just figured out that rufus doesnt support it and i couldnt find any that does (from my search ig) So does anyone know a tool that allows me to flash OS X iso (ideneb) onto a 16GB Pendrive (Im on windows, not on mac or linux)
