Stuck on Loading Bar after Updating OCLP

I have macOS 14.0 installed on my Mac Mini 2012. I updated the OCLP Application to 1.2.1. After updating it prompted to restart the Mac. It’s now stuck on this screen. Booting into recovery results in Black Screen without even seeing the Apple Logo.
