Black Screen with TeamViewer and Anydesk

I’m encountering a graphics problem (I suspect) with my mid-2011 iMac, running Ventura 13.6.1. When I use my iMac as a host with TeamViewer or AnyDesk, I get a black screen. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? P.S.: Both TeamViewer and AnyDesk have permission for ‘screen recording,’ ‘accessibility,’ and ‘Full disk access.’ Any solution ??
