Audio Breaks After a While - Dell 7280

I have this amazing Hackintosh setup on my Dell 7280

everything works mad. I have been running hackintosh on this laptop since Catalina days, used to be my work laptop at some time in the past, so it is a reliable beast and I think Dell laptops are amazing hackintoshes.

Except 1 big issue:

Randomly after a while sound just breaks and a loud continuous noise starts and doesn't stop. I just have to reboot.

My Audio works well and I tried changing the codec with no luck.

I need help on guidance to troubleshoot and hopefully fix it.
