Windows 11 broke my MacOs boot

Hi, for the last year I have my hackintosh pc with ventura on one drive and windows 11 on another one, I use opencore to boot both os, now I have updated to sonoma and used for the last week with no problems, today I needed win11 for some work, used for like half an hour and tried to boot back to sonoma and is stuck at the boot, froze at the DSMOS arrived msg, , tried to reboot, nothing, does the same, cleared nvram, the same, erased the bios data, same, thinking maybe my Mac sdd is bad, booted from the mac os installer usb opencore and the same, hangs, removed the win11 ssd and after many reboots and bios clears, it booted to the usb ventura installation wizard, checked the mac os partition, all is ok, I reboot to my original opencore and sonoma install and all worked ok this time, booted, rebooted, all worked ok, connected the win11 drive, bootednmac os and the same, all in perfect working order, now i reboted to win11, for testing, windows worked ok, and when i tried to go back to mac, the same thing all over again, hangs at the same part, repeated all the steps and made.it work again, went back to win11 and deja vu, broken mac os boot over again

What can i do to diagnose the causes? Im at a loss of thought here.

My configuration is a intel 10400 proc, 2x8gb ram, gigabyte h410m v2 mb, sapphire rx480 gpu, 480gb mac os ssd and 512gb win11 ssd.

Macos is sonoma, opencore 0.9.5 and windows 11 22h2

Thanks for reading.
