Radeon 6650 XT Temperature

i bought 6650xt and spoofed successful and working good. after installing Radeon gadget (gpu temperature monitoring software) i see 50° idle temperature and when rendering in blender it kicks 100°.i got doubt and installed windows as dual boot and checked that i got 45° idle temperature and 75° temperature on blender rendering. is it normal ? And i run Sonoma 14.

CPU : 13500 GPU : rx 6650 xt MOTHERBOARD : asus prime z790 WIFI :Fenvi t919 SSD : wd 850xt
