Is macos slower than windows or hackintosh?

I have a weird question. I am using dual boot windows 11 and mac os both in Separate ssd's.

Everything is as expected....full gpu accelaration,qc/ec all enabled.

But macos feels slightly slow and heavy to me than windows 11.

Mouse pointer feels heavy,animations and everything feels bit slower.

Is it hackintosh problem?or macos is slower than windows 11?

My config: 5600g Rx6600 16gb ram Transcend 230s sata ssd Gigabyte b450m mobo
