I have a MacBook Air 2017 with Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, and 128 GB SSD. When I use Ventura, everything looks great. And then Sonoma released, and I Upgraded it to Sonoma 14 (and then now I upgraded it again to Sonoma 14.1). After using Sonoma, my laptop fan always spins so fast. I don't do any hard work, like editing videos or something. Usually, I open Brave Browser with five tabs: WhatsApp and Signal, Apple Music and Lastfm Scrobbler. The fan keeps spinning so fast, and the result is my battery draining so fast, too. What do I need here? Is it normal? Does my machine cannot handle Sonoma with OCLP? That's why it must work so hard to open some software. Thx.
