Unnecessary Kexts slowing down bootup time

So I've been using my Mac Ventura on a HDD.. the performance is quite okay.. better than windows infact.. I'm gonna switch to SSD really fast once my next salary comes. But the bootup time is really slow.. It takes almost 4-5 minutes to fully get out of the verbose screen and load the apple logo. There are some unsupported kexts i downloaded back.. which includes the Nvme fix and Realtek Ethernet which I don't need as I don't have an Ethernet port in my Lenovo s145. I use an wifi adapter which does the job. So will removing these unnecessary kexts make it any better?
