ThinkPad T470p running Ventura smoothly!

Last time I installed Monterey on it. Then I downloaded Ventura and did an in-place upgrade. Unfortunately, I forgot to replace the new version of the wireless driver so the OS kept crashing. Due to lack of Time Machine backup (I've never tried it in the past), I decided to install Ventura from scratch. With some research now it's running smoothly. I also found that the ordering of kexts matters. Now bluetooth is fixed. Additionally, UEFI secure boot also works after signing the OC binaries. Here is the screenshot:

By the way, is there anyway to enable the external GPU on the machine? In Windows, I can connect to docking station using a USB cable and this will drive 4k monitor with 60 Hz refresh rate. Here in macOS, dGPU is entirely disabled. Any pointer is appreciated!
