Recovery is not shown in opencore bootloader

As the title says

I tried the normal way using rufus but it dont work

I've tried GibMac makeinstall.bat script and it actually shows but it throws error then reboots

So i have no idea why this happens

Specs Dell latitude 5400 * i5 8350 (whisky lake) * 16 gb ddr4 * ext sata ssd hikvision

Im gonna upload my config.plist and efi hierarchy
