Please Help Disable SIP in 2009 15' Macbook pro 5,3 running Monterey

I dont know much about macs or the Finder system, as I grew on windows 7 then used 10 for a few years. I am not educated in tech at all but I do have experience working with it and common sense.

This is the basics of my mac.

I followed guides to the PUNCTUATION to get my mac to update using OCLP and didnt understand most of what i was doing. I got it done and havnt had any issues in the months ive had it done.

Now my current issue comes from trying to install a version of windows (preferably windows 10) using bootcamp (open to other suggestions). I have had no luck until i found this article talking about my specific models information into the INFO.PLIST file in my bootcamp installers contents file. To edit this file i need to give myself permissions to do so.

This is where i have trouble.

I boot into recovery and run "csrutil status" and get

System Integrity Protection status: unknown (Custom Configuration).

Configuration:

Apple Internal: disabled Kext Signing: disabled Filesystem Protections: disabled Debugging Restrictions: enabled DTrace Restrictions: enabled NVRAM Protections: enabled BaseSystem Verification: enabled

This is an unsupported configuration, likely to break in the future and leave your machine in an unknown state.

I then run "csrutil disable" and get the message saying it was disabled, i then run the status command again and get the exact same results.

Im not sure what is going on or why.

If you are asking for information that may be had to find, easily confused, or typically a hassle, Then please provide a link to an article or as common sense detailed of an explanation as you can. (yes pictures help mock me if you want)
