Need help - Kernel Panic

I’m trying to install MacOS on my Ryzen PC, I followed a guide that throughly explains how to do this, but upon booting up from the USB stick, I get a Kernel Panic, and I have no idea why (I followed each step carefully). Any idea what this means?
