Memory Modules Misconfigured

Getting this "Memory Modules Misconfigured" error upon boot in Sonoma. EFI was copied from existing Ventura, SMBIOS "MacPro7,1", which was working perfectly. I have already tried updating to the latest RestrictEvents.kext but to no avail. Any idea how to fix?
