MacBook 11,3 stuck at apple logo and 30% bar after running the install

This exact issue seemed to appear in 2021 on GitHub but none of the fixes helped me. My mac has no dGPU, therefore disabling it didn't help, as well as safe mode.

Anyone here knows what might be wrong?
