Kepler issues after Sidegrade

Dell Optiplex 3020 (deep sleep, audio, wifi, bluetooth, iMessage, FaceTime working) Core i7 4790 (HD 4600) 16GB DDR3 NVIDIA GT710 1GB (Replaced with GT740 2GB) macOS Monterey 12.6.1

Anyone know what could be my issue? I previously had a GT710 dGPU and just now found a spare GT740. The GT710 worked perfectly on Big Sur, Monterey and Ventura. After pluging in the GT740, the systems posts, boots, but goes to a black screen when I'm supposed to reach the login screen. There is a mouse pointer at the top left corner.

Clearly the computer responnds to input, like a beep when the wrong password is typed and wake from sleep. It's only after the apple logo that things go blank.

I know this could be a stupid issue but any assistance would be greatly appreciated

I'll enable verbose mode to see where the error and update you all.
