How and where do i need to create the EFI Partition?

I am running windows as my main OS. Im new to all of this, and Ive been following the steps to create a hackintosh on the Dortania website, but i have a question. Im basically done, just need to create the partitions for EFI and macOS itself. I would love to dual boot on the same ssd, but I dont know how to format the ssd without damaging my windows install. With this i mean the part of the EFI partition, and all of that. Is there a video guide somewhere? The dortiana guide for this specific part is a little complex for me to understand without any visuals.
