[HELP] Clicking ‘Enter’ In OpenCore TUI Would Not Do Anything

I was installing macOS Ventura 13.5.2 on my PC. OpenCore Boot Menu TUl appears as normal but by clicking 'Enter', it would not do anything. The keyboard works fine; I can use the arrow keys. I also typed the number of the boot option and clicked 'Enter', it would also not do anything. This is also my first time booting macOS on a PC. Here are my specs:

-MSI MAG B460 TOMAHAWK

-Intel Core i7 10700K

-24GB DDR4 RAM

-No GPU (Using iGPU)

The TUI looks something like this:

OpenCore Boot Menu

  1. EFI (external)
  2. Install macOS Ventura (external)

    | Restart | |Shutdown|

Choose the Operating System:

When I hit ‘Enter’, beside the colon of ‘Choose the Operating System:’, appears a word ‘OK’. It looks like this:

Choose the Operating System: OK

If I pressed nothing, it will disappear after few seconds and I’m still in the TUI. If I pressed ‘Enter’ when ‘OK’ shows up, it will also disappear after few seconds. It I type the number of the option, like this:

Choose the Operating System: 1

The number will disappear after a few seconds. I also tried pressing ‘Enter’, and it does nothing and I’m still in the TUI.Does anyone have a solution? Is it because my EFI has a problem? Or it’s something else?
