Getting 240hz and QSV to work.

I have Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2 running on my Asus ROG Zephyrus M15. It's looking smooth, but I am stuck on 60hz with my display. My laptop has a 240hz display. I was able to get the refresh rate switcher in the system settings prior to Ventura. Is there anything I am missing? Also, I want to use Intel QSV for Hardware encoding as well
