FCP crashing on startup after using Monterey with OCLP

hey there,

I have updated my mac mini mid 2010 to monterey with OCLP and it works great but my final cut pro crashes on start up, I cannot use it with the latest version because the mac has no metal support but In theory that means it should run the original final cut pro file I have from before the OS update fine on my machine but instead it opens and when I click away the "whats new" window final cut pro immediately crashes with this report:
