Disable TRIM in SetApfsTrimTimeout?

I bumped into OC configuration page and read about SetApfsTrimTimeout and its 2nd note. It said that Samsung's SSD has big problems about trim and it's no longer possible to specify trim timeout using SetApfsTrimTimeout parameter.

Now, I have a Samsung 860 EVO SSD running macOS Ventura (previously Monterey) really fast and reliable and I wonder if my SSD has trim problems that this doc said?

When enable trim support using the command: sudo trimforce enable. I let SetApfsTrimTimeout as default (-1), it took me about 17s to boot and when disable it (0), took me about 13s (trim support still says yes in system information). Does that make macOS skip trimming my SSD?

So my question is, is my SSD has trim problems and will it still being trimed after disabling SetApfsTrimTimeout in my config?
