Can somebody help me to get back into my Facebook account? I got molested as a teenager and need evidence from the chats

Hey, for some years now I dont have access to my Facebook account anymore, cause I got "hacked" and the email address got changed

When I was younger i got molested by a friend of my best friends family, he always texted me weird stuff on Facebook, that could be good evidence, cause I'm currently having a trial against him and the court day will be soon
