Another Black Screen on RX 6600 XT for Ventura

I know this issue has been posted before, but I am missing something. I have the following setup:

Motherboard - ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-A GAMING WIFI (Updated to Latest BIOS)

CPU - Intel Core i7 11700

GPU - ASUS ROG STRIX RX 6600 XT OC 8GB

OpenCore - Version 0.9.5

I have followed the guide on the opencore dortania installation page and created a clean EFI and MacOS Ventura installation usb.

After the verbose output the screen goes black and indicates no signal output. I have tried unplugging and replugging the DisplayPort cable on all 3 ports and the HDMI as well.

I have also tried the following as suggested by others while I googled for solutions:

Remove boot-args -v debug=0x100 keepsyms=1
Set these settings in Misc > Debug
AppleDebug = False
ApplePanic = False
DisableWatchDog = True
Target = 0
Clear NVRAM before booting macOS

I have tried SSDT-BRG0 and SSDT-NAVI from the OCAuxiliaryTools database.

I have tried agdpmod=pikera boot flag.

Downgraded Whatevergreen.kext to Version 1.6.5.

Not sure if I am allowed to share my EFI folder.

I then tried a sanity check with a guide that I found on Github for the same Motherboard, but only the Gaming-Wifi-II version.

https://github.com/chuihairu/ROG-STRIX-Z590-A-i910900K-RX6900XT-Hackintosh/

When I compared this EFI with the clean EFI that I created from the dortania guide, I noticed that this did not include the Whatevergreen.kext at all. After some investigation it seems that Ventura has native support for the RX 6600 XT and that the Whatevergreen.kext was no longer needed nor was the agdpmod=pikera boot flag.

However, this EFI configuration does exactly the same as the clean EFI that I created.

What am I missing?

None of the above options seem te work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
