 | Part of my ongoing saga of trying to build a perfect last hackintosh rig. This post is trying to figure out my iGPU problem. I have 3 monitors being driven by dGPU (6800XT), but I'm trying to get display out of my iGPU to give me the option to add another monitor at some point. I am testing with monitor #3 plugged into the motherboard with an HDMI connection. I know iGPU works because even though I get a black screen on boot up, if I unplug the HDMI and then plug it back in again, I will get picture. After sleep, I am also getting black screen through the iGPU. I have double checked my Config against the guide. I am running SMBIOS iMac 20,2, using 07009B3E for platform ID per guide. I have also tried 00009B3E per guide as an alternate with same results. Attached are pictures of IOREG and Hackintool when I boot up, and after I unplug and plug in HDMI. After reading through Dortania's iGPU Patching guide, I think I have the right settings I need in my Device Properties. I know that the iGPU is using connector 2 (index 3). Should I be doing anything else with these settings to get iGPU displaying properly on boot and sleep? What else am I missing? [link] [comments] |
