USB work when you want in Ventura

Hello guys, I have a problem and it is that I have macOS Ventura on my Ryzen 5 3500U, and when I start the USBs they work when they want, sometimes I have to restart and that. I already did the USB mapping with Hackintool and with USBMap but it's still the same, I also have the GenericUSB kext for Ryzen but the problem is still the same.
