Upgrading motherboard and CPU to the next gen - Do I need to change SMBIOS serial numbers?

I will be upgrading my motherboard and CPU which currently are z390 and i9-9900K to the next generation: z490/i9-10900K. I'm currently using an iMac 19, 1 SMBIOS, however from what I read, I will need to change my SMBIOS to the iMac 20, 2 for better compatibility. If that's the case can I keep the same serial number, and other numbers that I see in the SMBIOS section, and only change the system product name from iMac 19, 1 to iMac 20, 2. Will only changing that one parameter and not the others cause any issues?

The reason I want to keep the same serial numbers is because I don't want to break all the licenses and iCloud configuration in my current setup. I just want to upgrade the hardware without having to change serial numbers if it's not necessary.
